5 Reasons It's OK To Hate New Year's Eve
Perhaps that's because resolutions, by their very nature, are set up to fail.
They are almost always made on the spur of the moment and they are almost always unrealistic goals like, "I'm going to lose 100 pounds next year!" or "I'm going to finally quit smoking cold turkey after tonight!" or perhaps the most popular, and therefore the most likely to fail, "I'm going to stop having that affair with my boss or co-worker ... after tonight, of course!"
So, let us have no more talk about New Year's resolutions. There are plenty of other reasons to hate this phony pretentious pseudo-holiday.

Hi Alan! It's OK To Hate New Year's Eve If you're whole family believes that It will be the last year in history. Yes my family thinks that 2012 is Doomsday Time! But I am not bothered by the 2012 Doomsday prediction because I actually don't know If I will leave that long. Life is so unpredictable and we can't be sure when our life will end and because of this everyday is a potential doomsday for everyone of us. Happy New Year and may you have a nice day.
Alan, I hate New Years eve. The reason behind this is the pollution that is a result of nonsense. While we are celebrating we are killing our ourselves because of the poisons in the air.
I love the New Years Eve. It is the time to eat, drink and be merry. I hope that once a month a party like the new years eve are held so that I will have time to unwind. I love New Years Eve because it is the time to party.
